I have a few movies here and for each Movie I've noticed this happening to and I am not sure how to fix this. I have the *.AVI files compressed in divx and I have watched them and they are just fine.
Now I follow the AVI->VCD guide here on this website and I have done it before so I am familiar with the process and before I have gotten it to work just fine. Last night tho I had problems. I took the movie BasketBall ripped the audio out via VirtualDub, then multiplexed the Video and Audio using TMPGEnc. I noticed the time it took for it to do that was roughly 5 hours (seemed shorter than the previous 10 hours for movies I've done before).
This morning when I began to merge and cut using TMPGEnc everything was great, except it stopped at the 45:50 mark regardless of the ending position I told it to stop at. If I try to create a start point for CD-2 after the 45:50 mark it says illegal video stream.
Can anyone offer any advice for this??
Bradley

I don't think you should multiplex the audio and video just like that. First you should encode them to (standard) VCD format. (mpeg1)
