  1. Re problems editing in tmpgenc authoring works 4 using multiple video files

I have 15 short sequences of video all the same res etc. I want to load them into tmpgenc authoring works 4 and then edit the `ENTIRE` sequence as ONE file.

Then I can cut out unwanted bits and compile the finished work

Have imported all files, but when i select `clip and chapter editor` i can only edit ONE clip at a time.

There MUST be a way of editing all the tracks as a combined track.

    HELP please

You need to use a video editing program and not an authoring program to preform such a task. More information on the file type would help narrow down what program would be best to use.
If it feels good, do it.

TMPGEnc make a wonderful MPG editor. It is called TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 5. You can use Pinnacle Studio or even Sony Vegas or maybe Adobe Premiere CS 5. There are other MPG editors that are free as well and works just as good.
If it feels good, do it.

  5. All I really want to do is JOIN the MPG video from my camcorder, each time I stop the video recording and start again it creates a new file so I end up with 15-20 short video MPG files during a `shoot`

Once I can join these without re-encoding then Ican edit the complete MPG in my favourite editor program

    Can anyone please help

    Thanks
