I am practicing capturing video from my Sony camera to computer using SCLive software. I'm capturing to Type1 DV-avi file stream. Everything is good, but when I go to edit the video in VirtualDub, it gives the following error:
No video stream found.
If I goto the properties of the avi file, there is no Audio or Video format under details.
TMPEG loads the avi fine for conversion, which leads me to my second question. The video is 720x480, if I convert to SVCD standard (480x480), will the final video on TV (NTSC 4:3 ratio) appear elongated?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
