    can some one tell me how i can convert a svcd mpeg file into a normal vcd mpeg file so i can burn it with nero as a vcd

    Simple... Downgrade it using TMPGEnc.. Use a simple VCD template and your set.... If you need help with the program, the how to rip a DVD on this site should explain the program well enfough..

    I can't get my tmpegencoder to use the mpg2 file as a source, so I have always had to split the video and audio with dvd2avi, and then encode to a vcd. Hey, it works!

    tried to open file with tmpegenc but just says cannot open or unsupported any one have any ideas ?

    Simple:
    You can use TMPEnc or Flaskmpeg.
