I'm in the UK but I want to capture from an NTSC source. I have an ATI All In Wonder 128 which I'm using fine for Pal captures so I'm looking for something that is either external (paralel/usb) or a PCI card that is capture only so it won't conflict with the ATI. I'm assuming that I won't find a UK product that will do NTSC capture, so is there a budget US one?
I'm only looking to capture imported NTSC films to VCD so that I can purchase films not available in the UK, so it doesn't have to be very powerful(?).

i think is easy to change the capture ntsc/pal or pal/ntsc with your capture software(ex: video studio).
is it a solution for your problem??? -
Thanks, but it seems that the ATI AIW is manufactured as either NTSC input or Pal/Secam as none of the software I've tried will allow me to capture in NTSC.
