Anyone know of a device that'll play flacs/wav files on a USB stick, that has RCA audio phone outputs?
And preserve the audio quality, not downsample etc.

A computer with audio in/out jacks.
It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
