Everything was fine until today when I connected my capture card (Avermedia C039), JVC 7960, Panasonic DMR-ES10.
There are weird lines when I capture, and even on the blue VCR screen.
Another issue is that I do not see anymore the JVC Rewind, FF menu with the moving line on the screen.
I only see the video when I press PLAY. Before that I could see the blue menu live.
When I connect the VCR straight to TV everything is fine.
What to look for?

Some mismatch s-video>composite. If you use composite cable maybe there is an option in the menu of your vcr to enable it and vice versa.

How are you connecting it up? It looks a bit like you connected the vcr straight to the capture card instead of via the ES10 as those cards don't handle the vcr menus properly

You are right !
I connected the Scart to S-video straight from the vcr to capture card instead from the panasonic.
Haha, what a stupid mistake.
