  1. I have a friend who has a mpg1 (VCD) with a logo in it. I'm familiar with using Logoaway in VDub, but just wondering if anyone can direct me on how to remove a logo on an mpg file without having to convert it to run in VDub?

    Thanks

  3. Thanks for the response.

Hmmm. Why won't my VDub (1.4.6) open my mpg1 files? I get the error message that it cannot recognize the file type?

  4. You could try AVIsynth to open the mpeg which serves it to Vdub. There is an mpeg.dll or something like that. Look for it on the AVI synth page. It looked pretty straight forward, although I have never used the mpeg.dll. I mainly use AVIsynth to decomb.

Reencoding will reduce the quality of your final video. This is not recommended.

Make sure you have logoaway.vdf file in the plugins directory of Virtualdub. I should work.
