Hi i want to rip my music dvds to mkv but alot of them have the main concert and music videos. I've tried a few program but they all rip the dvds to seperate files. I was looking to rip them all into one file. Can this be done and if yes what software could do this.

It may depend on the DVD. Assuming the music videos are exactly the same format as the main concert, you can probably join them after conversion to MKV.
Try VidCoder. Then AVIDemux for joining.

I don't know of any program that can automatically combine the video files during an encode.

But there are many other options that our members may suggest.

    Does MakeMKV create several mkvs?

Or try join all mkvs with MKVtoolnixGUI after you have ripped/converted. It usually works better than avidemux. But all video properties must be same.

Sometimes the dvd will have all the episodes in one track and then have the individual tracks in other tracks, you could use makemkv to extract just the track with all the episodes if that's the case.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.
