problem converting MKV to AVI and MP4

hi everyone,

i tried to convert MKV videos to AVI and MP4 using MOVAVI video converter but i got a strange error when playing these output videos in some machines only, i dont know what should i do to avoid this problem, i have a printscreen to show you and info file too:

Have you tried any other converter? Handbrake, Xmedia Recode, MKV2MP4.

i've tried different applications, and i've got the same problem with ANY VIDEO CONVERTER and Bigasoft Total Video Converter, sometimes i got the idea that maybe this comes from my computer, i've even tried two of the softwares you gave me still the same problem, this is weird i know, thank you anyway

I guess you have tried play them with different players also? Like vlc media player?

And is that mediainfo report from a source file? Or something you have converted to? Because you say you want to convert mkv to mp4/avi...and that is an avi. Post the details from the source file.

it doesnt work other than VLC media player, as you know vlc can play any video file but in other players like potplayer, gomplayer or media player i get the problem, this report is from a converted video, and this is the source file report
