Problem with vegas 13

Hello.. I have a big problem. I had previously installed the vegas 11, but I upgraded to vegas 13 while I was editing a video. Something strange happens however... I have several clips which are normal if you play them on the vlc media player, but when I put the videos in the timeline some of the frames repeats themselves wile playing, causing the video to come up choppy. I render it and it comes up choppy. Its driving me crazy and I need a solution A.S.A.P. Please help!

PLEASE give more information.

Does it happen with all your video? Different video codecs/etc
Or just some files? Then post the video details from mediainfo.

It happend only on certain parts.. the codec is the same. Its just on certain parts. I delete them and import them again.. but it happens again.

Are those bad parts where you had applied some kind of FX like a transition?
