How to rip live f4f stream? (help needed ASAP)

Hey... I've been trying to tip this "f4m" based live streaming,but, can't seem to work it out. I tried using adobeHDS php script and it shows that I need to install curl. But, Curl is already installed in my system!. It's installed as a global variable and I can use it from anywhere in my system and same with php.

The live stream I'm trying to RIP is this :-

http://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/w/movie/

HDS Link detector gives me this string :-

php AdobeHDS.php --manifest "http://nhkworld-hds-live2.hds2.fmslive.stream.ne.jp/hds-live/nhkworld-hds-live2/_definst_/livestream/nhkworld-live-512.f4m" --delete

I have this adobehds.php in my system. I try to rip and says I need curl. What do I do.? any help would be appreciated
