Sounds like you are saving the image to disk and then not having NERO delete the image upon completion of the burn m8...
Set NERO up for burning but dont actually burn and find where the image is being stored and then you can go and delete them...
then next time you use it you must check all the imaging settings and make sure the one that says something like 'Delete image upon completion' box is ticked....
I can't remember exactly where it is off hand coz I don't have it installed at the moment...
(My cd-rw has died and I have formatted since...)
But I think that is your problem.
Go find them and delete them... -
i was aware of that too, but there are no Nero images stored in the harddrive. Under the harddrive properties it says that I have used 88GB out of 93GB, but when I selected all the files in the harddrive the total is 84GB. I'm think some spaces might be hidden as system files, but 4GB is missing though... :-?

Hey, for once I can say that I've been there and done that! I'm just not that proud about it though (read on). I lived through the problem with NERO5.5 as well and fount that NERO was choking at the end of each burn and losing track of the file pointers for the temporary image file it creates. It does in fact create one, usually in the windows/temp directory but the file header gets corrupted even though the burned CD works great.
2 things you have to do to fix this...
First - go buy the real version of NERO. This only seems to happen with some of the hacked/cracked versions (yes, i had to go buy it!)
Second - click Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> and select "Scandisk" and make sure it is set for the "thorough" scan setting and let it run. It will find the dislocated file fragments and prompt you to delete them. I promise you this works!
But most importantly... go buy the real official version at your local computer store. It comes with the conversion codecs now and it won't crap on your hard drive like the hacked one.Only 3 things are certain in life... Death, Taxes, and SPAM. Of these, only Death seems affordable!
