which is a Japanese market CD+DVD copy.

There may not be any English subtitles anywhere. If you get really desperate, you may be able to pay a Japanese speaker to come up with subtitles for you. Japanese drama shows get subtitled for free in English all the time on various websites. I'm sure someone who has the ability to do this would be willing to do this for you if you paid them.
