I've got a bunch of NTSC DV footage that's to be converted to MPEG-1 using TMPGENC.
The image quality is great if I choose CQ, max of 5000, non-interlaced, no sound, and high motion setting.
Problem is, when these are viewed in Media Player the image doesn't change when I move the slider. Sure, I can change where the video will play from but I can't see the images. The file also starts playing when I've let up from the slider.
How do I set the encode so the slider works properly? I need both the "preview" as the slider is being moved and the ability to move to a frame and the file NOT continue to play.
