    can anyone here help me I am converting 4 avi movies into a DVD it gets to 76% then this runtime error pops up and the conversion stops. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it 3 times now but its still same. I am on windows XP and using version 4.1.19.365

    i wouldn't blame the program, most likely a bad source file. try them on at a time and see what happens.

    ok thanks mate yes that's what I thought as it has worked fine before its most probably maybe the 3rd movie as it got to 76%
