Hi
I'm a paranormal investigator.
On some investigations we use locked of video camers to laptops to reacord for hours and hours.
What I'm looking for is some software that will analyse if there is any movement in he video saving us to watch hundreds of hours of footage.
Once found any movement to log the timming?
cheers In advance
Craig

Security cam software uses motion detection algorithms. This can be tricky with high noise source particularly IR illumination with cheap IR cameras. It all comes down to signal to noise to reduce error rates. To increase S/N one must add illumination or invest in a more sensitive camera. Even so, bugs or blowing dust may create false triggers.
Assuming ghosts exist, what makes you think ghosts respond to a particular narrow IR light spectrum?Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
