    I have a Panasonic GS320 & use VideoStudio 9 for editing. But VS can't see my camera - only my webcam. I have to use Panasonics very basic software to capture footage, then import it into VS. I use USB to connect.

    Can anyone suggest what's wrong?

    Not sure why it won't see it via the USB but it really makes no difference, to capture the full quality DV you need to use firewire. The USB is for transferring stills or low quality web type video.
