whenever i try to encode something with tmpg in winxp , after i burn the cd using nero , and play it on my dvd player the sound is always messed up . This only happens in win xp pro , before in win 2k i did not have this problem. Also i know its not my dvd player because whenever i burn vcd or svcd iso's they play fine in my dvd player(samsung m301). I know im using the correct setting when encoding because i use the built in wizard. Also when i try to burn the mpeg to the cd , its says its no vcd 2.0 comliant even know its supposed to be , because when using the other operating systems , its worked great. So what can be the problem? Please help, and thanks in advance.
