I'm stuck at a strange point, I cannot run the already installed program, nor can I uninstall it. I can't install over it.
Every time i try to uninstall using the add/remove programs, i get an error stating the installed product does not match the installation source. It asks for me to point it to SVCD2DVDv2.5.msi, but it doesn't like the one i have, or the one i just downloaded. it says the file c:\etc....SVCD2DVDv2.5.msi is not a valid installation package for the product SVCD2DVD 2.5
So what do I do? I'm stuck.
I've tried:
deleting all the files in the directory where it was installed, then running uninstaller again.
restored those files to try again a different way.
