I shot some video on a Nikon Coolpix on what I thought was the HD setting. About five out of 150 appear small, slow-motion and without sound. This sounds like the result of selecting the HS (High speed) setting, yet when I tested shooting video on this setting they did not appear like this.

Is it possible to retireve the audio and/or increase in size?

    Hope you can help,
    Martin

Do you have a short sample? Then post it in our forum or a filesharing site.

The audio seems silent for the first 1:20 minutes. I tried extract it with some tools. But after 1:20 it plays fine, except the low video quality.

Thanks for that. What tools did you use? It seems strange that it played OK after 1.20. Have you any idea what it might be (or how I might make them work?)

    thanks,
    Martin

you could use an editor to cut off the silent parts and render out the good parts. here's what it looks like on the editor timeline.
