I want to know how this guys(site down) make one file that is 5gb to 350-500MB and the quality its still very good... I dont want to make 350-500 I just want to make it 1b max... can someone show me any guide?

Megui and very low bitrate. BUt I doubt's any VERY good.

I have a question. Even after I reported the original post....why is the link to the site that provides link to WAREZ material still there?

Use an encoder that supports x264 and the bitrate required to get the size you want. Even better, decide what quality you want and let the encoder decide on the bitrate. My guess is you'll be happy with CRF 21 or so.
