Is there a way to correct wrongly placed ac3 channels?

Any way to fix some bad queuing in audio channels that occurred from me using DKAudio v.0.1.9 beta for DTS to AC3?
By the time I noticed that the speech channel was coming from the front speaker the original DTS file was gone. So now I just have to put the channels in the right order, only... 2 questions.
Which is the right way? - That is, how does DKAudio sorts each channel? -
And how to do that?
I'm trying to find a way to correct this whole mess directly from the ac3.

I've noticed the commands in Eac3to, specifically

-0,1,2,3,4,5 (remap  the channels...)

so I bet I could use that to fix the messed up AC3s if I were to use something like

eac3to.exe file.ac3  file.ac3 -384 -1,2,3,0,4,5

or something like that? Am I correct?
Only, I still don't know how the DKAudio orders the channels in the first place. I know the speech comes from the front speakers but only that, and then that's channel what? 0-1? 2-3? 3-4?

Yet another thing I noticed in eac3to was the command to apply some positive or negative gain to the file created

+/-3dB apply a positive or..

on AC3s that's very useful.
But when the encoder runs, no matter how much I push the gain upwards, it automatically pushes it back to a preset. If I add 1, it subtracts a number+1 till it matches that preset, if I add 10, that same.
Is there a specified volume which ac3s can't exceed?
Or is this a program default setting? If so, how to undo that setting or change it to my needs?
e.g. I found the post https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/258002-Mini-How-To-Increase-Your-AC3-Volume and that way works for me, however I was hoping to find a way to do everything in one encode if possible, using eac3to only.

Usually, an AC3 file will have the following ordering:

0 -> Left Front
1 -> Center
2 -> Right Front
3 -> Left Surround (or Rear)
4 -> Right Surround (or Rear)
5 -> LFE

So that's how ac3 should be! Then what is the order for the DTS?
I'm thinking maybe this is where DKAudio did wrong. So if I knew both orders, maybe I could correct this.

Ok, after huge extensive testing and experimentation and the help of a more mathematically inclined mind than my own, I finally cracked the wrong channel order "code"

eac3to.exe file.ac3 file_ch_fix.ac3 -0,2,1,4,5,3

Using this command line in eac3to will fix all the channels that were placed incorrectly, however the Right Rear(Side Rear) channel sounds like it's coming from an underwater cavern. I guess when the channels were messed up, the RR was wrongly placed in the place of the LFE and the effect caused is due to the specific processing being done for it to play on the specific speaker. Very high bass, almost non existent tremble, or something like that.
Anyway, the question that derives from that now is if there is any way to restore it, not entirely to the 100% of it's original form, but close enough, just not to be annoying. I'm attaching the corrected test ac3 for anyone to hear. file_ch_fix.ac3
It's in the fifth part of the file, sounding at about 6-7 secs.
