  1. Does anyone know of a program that will convert 6 channel ac3 files to 6 channel wav files?

    Please help. Every program i try turns the ac3 files into standard 2 channel wav files.

    The syntax would be

    tranzcode.exe yourfilename.ac3

    If your ac3 has spaces in the name,wrap it in " "

    I think HeadAC3he does that too.

    ...and like guns1inger says - please wait at least a day or 2 before bumping.

    Replying to your own topic to get it to the top is annoying. Try to have some patience, this is a bulletin board, not IRC. It may take some time (e.g., one or two days) before someone can answer your query or question.

    If You have video with 6 channel AC3 (or AAC)...
    You can use Avidemux.

    Audio = WAV PCM
    Filters > Mixer: No change (default)
    Menu Audio > Save...

    Possible... open some video, add external AC3 audio and save to 6 channel WAV PCM.
