  1. I think there is a problem with the flagged aspect ratio on my DVD (IT Crowd Series 4) which is causing problems and I'm not sure at which point I can fix it.
    Usually;
    1) DVD Decryptor to extract entire disc to hard drive
    2) Vob2Mpg Pro to extract desired mpg of episodes (don't need to do this but like to keep an 'archive' mpg)
    3) Handbrake for encoding to mp4 for storing on PS3 hard drive

    mpgs and subsequent mp4s are squashed

    Now i assume the episodes are 16:9 anamorphic PAL 720x576 (they should be 16:9 and it says so on the box). They have a 16:9 note on them in Vob2Mpg browser tree but if I right click the structure in DVD Decryptor the 'stream info' says 4:3. Also they come up as 4:3 when dropped into Handbrake.

    Is this a clever mechanism to annoy me, or have they mis-flagged it somewhere? The DVD seems to play correctly when used.

    Any help appreciated. Also, how do I stop the user control alert popping up everytime I run v2mpgpro. Thanks.

    I have a build in the wings which will force the AR to that of the IFOs. i.e if it is 16:9 in the VOB2MPG "tree" then so will be the output mpeg (even if they currently output as 4:3):
