ok, i know this issue is dealt with in the FAQ, however, whenever i change the audio over to a wav file and use tmpeg it still fails and gives me the same darn message..please help...it's driving me insane..i've tried repairing the avi, everything, but nothing seems to work!!
any help would be great!![]()

see i have no problem using avi2vcd (as of yet) but it is taking so long to convert that its probably going to take 18 days!! is there any faster solution??or some way to speed up the process with avi2vcd?

go into TMPG, under OPTIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS, to the VFAPI tab. Right click and raise the priority on your DIRECT SHOW MEDIA FILTER. This should solve it
