Questiob about DivX Plus Converter

Hello, I am new to this forum and video encoding and I recently downloaded DivX Plus Converter.

However I am unable to use some of the options such as "Custom Resolution" , "Limit file size" etc..

Those options seem to be disabled. I am not through the 15 day trial period and so I cannot figure out why those options do not work. I have also tried using several different files but to no avail.

Yeah that is odd, because it says right on their website that you can unlock the "Pro features" on a fifteen day trial period (as you described).

Perhaps there's also a limit on the NUMBER OF TIMES you can use the Divx Converter's "Pro features," in addition to the 15 day limit...

Well, I doubt that the limit on number of times is a problem because it did not even work the first time I tried.

Has anyone else observed this same problem ?

The problem has been solved after I downloaded a recent update.
