Error while converting to Mpeg4 with Super

I have tried to convert a divx file to mpeg4 using SUPER on a Vista system.

SUPER seemed to have been converting, but in the end, the following error is shown:

Did you try check the "directshow decode"?
Are you running super as adminstrator(right click on the super link and choose run as administror)?
Or try other converters like winff,handbrake.

And a divx file is already in mpeg4 format...or are you converting to mp4 or avi mpeg4 for a portable device?

1. Yes, I have tried the thing with checking Directshow Decode, but it resulted in a warning and the conversion never started.

2. My requirement is to take a divx file and the corresponding .srt file and convert them to mp4 (mobile format), so that the subtitles are hardcoded..
