Ok, I have some really old VHS-C tapes that I want to put on DVD. I bought the EasyCAP 2.0 USB thing off EBay. From what I understand, here are the two things that matter:
Video Decode: Philips SAA7113
USB 2.0 Interface: Syntek STK1160
Anyway, I am playing the movies back on a standard Sony VCR player with RCA output. I can get video, but no sound. I have tried it on Ulead Corel VideoStudio Pro X2, Roxio Creator 9 Ultimate and Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate. I can get no sound at all on any of them, but I can get video just fine.
Any ideas????
