audio problem

i'm using dvdx1.7 and on the dvd i was doing 15 seconds into the movie it came up audio decoding error. it ask if i wanted to fill with audio buffer. I click on yes and continued when it was over i played it and for half the movie it had pauses in it every few second. how can i do the movie without the audio decoding error and what cause the error

DVDx simply has problems with some movies, I suggest you try using the DVD2AVI => TMPGEnc method instead, it may be 2 programs instead of one, but they do a better job in most cases.

do you want to rip a mono movie? i got nearly the same problem with a mono movie and tmpenc does not help....
