    I have a main movie only VIDEO_TS folder when I run VIDEO_TS.IFO it takes 1'34" (Over a Minute) to start. How do I fix it. Please be specific what to change. First VTS starts immediately, I checked with VobBlanker there are no blank cells, movie starts from cell#1.

    It shows a black screen for one and half minute and then movie starts.

    on your computer or in a standalone? did you encode the movie? what was the source?

    not much info given to go on.

    it is on the computer, it is a backup and a main movie only. This is the only movie doing this my other ones are ok so I thing there is something in the play table that plays a void or blank for that long but I don't know how to fix it. I looked at the ifo file with ifoedit but don't know what to look for.

    I'm experiencing the same thing lately but with an AVI (XviD + MP3) !!!

    The same movie use to play immidiately few days ago but now, it takes more than a minute to start from the black screen...

    infratom - you might try running it through dvdshrink to re-write the ifos for you.
