When i tried to steam the AVI file after merging the subtitle with it, this error message appears


"Failure streaming AVI file: the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error"



This is strange coz i converted many movies using the same method and i had no problem till now, i also tried different compressing codec but none of them works, when the conversation process reach around 45% this error message pops up then the process terminated!

Any tips would be much appreciated..
