Converting wmv to ipod

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to convert a bunch of 1 minute clips from .wmv format to be able to be played on my ipod.
When I try, it fails and shows this message:

Install the Flip4Mac plugin (which is now provided free through Microsoft). Then get MPEG Streamclip. I believe it will do the conversion without the Flip4Mac logo embedded (which QT Pro and some other apps would ordinarily yield).
