    i extracted subtitle from my movie by using subrip. then i installed vobsub to view the file. when i tried to play the movie with subtitle by using real media player, i found out the subtitle is a bit off. can i use virtualdub to fix the problem? or is there any other way to do that? thnx!

    First I would verify playback issues with another media player (MPC or VLC). If the problem still exists, I believe the only solution is to maually edit the timings in the subtitle file.

    Use a subtitle editor, like Subtitle Workshop which has various time shift functions you can apply to all subs at once, rather than using a text editor.
