    unfortunatly, to download this anime, my only choice is ASF

    Now how can I do to MPEG for SVCD.

    Go here and download the freeware tool http://www.geocities.com/myasftools/

    Use this to repair the .asf file.

    Go here and download the http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/virtualdub.html to download the VirtualDub14c-asf version of virtual dub.

    Open up your repaired .asf file with VirtualDub14c-asf. Do your thing.

    Caution, this does not always work with some .asf files. The only way I found to convert the ones that don't work with virtual dub is Cyberlink Stream Author which is a very expensive program.
