Can the VDub Capture filters be applied during the actual Capture or is it better to wait just prior to the Frameserve process to apply the filters?

Yes it is possible to apply realtime of the actual time of capturing video, but it will DRASTICALLY consume up ALOT of CPU Usage. It is highly recommended to apply the filters at the time of frameserving, rather during the actual capture process.
To apply filters during capture, choose Video -> Enable RGB Filtering.
I'm not sure if the filters will apply for other format capture types such as YUV2. I personally have little experience in applying filters during capturing since I aknowledge it took TOO MUCH processing power and may result in large dropped frames....
