    Ok, i just did an svcd via the tutorial on this site. I put it in my dvd player (which is designed to play vcd as well) and it reads and starts to play.. but when the audio kicks in, it gets extremely jumpy. I get little half seconds blips of sound and the picture jumps and freezes constantly. Any ideas??

    Sounds to me like you have to high of bitrate. Try reencoding the movie with a cbr of 1600 and see what you get

    Ok makes sense. However, how do i change it? I'm encoding with TMPGEnc (manual)
