    can we use virtualdub to increase the frame width of a video? if yes, can someone give me some steps in order to do it...thnx...

    File -> Open Video File
    Video -> Filters...
    press Add, double click on the Resize filter,enter width, height, Filter Mode Lanczos3
    Video -> Compression (select compression type and parameters)
    Video -> Save as AVI
