I record PAL SD with Hauppauge PVR150 and use ffdshow for playback to RGB connected interlaced TV.
I can set the TV out as single display in PAL resolution and interlaced 50Hz but I can not find a way to get a "no scaling, field sync" out that lets the TV do the deinterlacing so I would like ffdshow to do the deinterlacing.
I have a 3.0Ghz HT CPU.
My current FFDSHOW deinterlacing setting is set to ffmpeg deinterlacing, does not generate a high CPU load but there are still some motion artifacts (more then only halo's)
What deinterlacing setting would you recommend?
