How do I enhance the video linked here - http://upload2.net/page/download/s4RSLQusrcBrpzS/testsample1.avi.html - so that I can make out the numbers on the readout? I really only need the second line from the right, but it's very hard to make out. I don't need it constantly but every few seconds when it changes. For reference, the bottom or leftmost number is 0.0, and at the beginning of the video the second line - the one I'm looking for - is 18.7 (as you can hear in the audio), but it's very hard to make out and I'm wondering if there's a way to enhance that by changing colours or contrast as I have many minutes of video to go through.

Any suggestions for filters / editing techniques? I have access to a legal copy of Premiere Pro 2.0 and I also have Virtual Dub Mod on my personal, and I've tried running a bunch of filters on the videos with different settings to no avail.

    Thanks in advance.

Try VirtualDub Mod and the 'levels' filter and you can improve it slightly. But if that sample is part of the actual video, there's so much pixelation that the numbers are obscured and there is little if anything you can do to get them back.

But others may have better ideas.

    And welcome to our forums.

Try image averaging over frames or other image enhancement tricks.
