I downloaded some anime in the form of an ISO. Since I don't care about having a menu or chapter select I have been mounting ISO using Daemon Tools and then copying the VOB files to my hard drive.
Everything was working fine. Each of the VOB files would copy with all audio streams in tact except for one. One file is being copied over with commentary from the voice actors and I haven't been able to figure out a way to correct this.
When I play the copied VOB file in VLC Media Player and check the audio track being used it only displays one track instead of 4 tracks like all of the rest with English and Japanese dubbing.
Does anybody know of a way to continue using the process that I've mentioned above and have the file copy without the commentary or an application that will do all of the work for me?
The thing I like about using the process that I have been is that the files are not being converted or changed in anyway so the quality stays perfect.
Thanks in advance.

Once I get all of the VOB files copied to my second hard drive I planned on converting them to AVI. As you suggested though, I have a feeling I'll have to use AutoGK.
I've asked a few other people and they aren't sure how to get around this one file being copied with the commentary instead of the standard audio tracks like the other one.
As I stated, this isn't the actual DVD in the drive. It's an ISO that has been mounted in a virtual drive. Will AutoGK have a problem with this? -
I tried what you suggested but the application continued to crash. Are there any alternate applications you can suggest?
No matter what I do the .vob file continues to extra with the director commentary. -
Load the vob from the mounted image in GSpot and look at the audio track numbers (or load this vob from the image in rejig in file mode). If you have only one audio track somebody have made bad joke with you. Try to play the mounted image as video DVD for example in MPC: File - open disc - if it doesn't play (greyed out) the ISO is for data DVD.
