    Hi

I've been noticing a strange problem with SimpleDivx. When I set up a batch job, some of the files don't come out as expected. For instance, the other night, I set up all 6 episodes of the 1st series of I'm Alan Partridge to convert as 6 different Avi files. I prevewed each one prior to conversion, and they all started okay.
However upon viewing the results, both Episodes 3 and 4 begin about 3 minutes into the programme. I can't think why this would be, unless the actual structure of the files on the DVD places one episode across 2 tracks. I don't think this can be the case as the preview worked fine.
So 4 of the episodes are about 24 minutes long, and 2 of them are about 21 minutes long. It seams to cut in after a fade out, so I also wondering whether the 'Fade in/out' option isn't behaving itself (which I haven't got activated)

Any help would be great - thanks!!

Rip in IFO mode with DVDDecypter and set file-splitting to none - this will give you one VOB file per episode and will mimic exactly what would happen on playback as far as skipping all over the place through the VOBs goes. Then use AutoGK !
    If in doubt, Google it.
