    Hello, I got a new hard drive and reinstalled my drivers, Windows Media Player 9, VLC media player, etc.

    For some reason all my videos are playing back in black and white? Videos from my hard disk are in B&W, from the web are in B&W, videos playing from disc are in B&W, you tube vids are are in B&W, what is causing this? This happens in all my media players. This has never happened before. Thanks for your time.

    Graphic card overlay problems. Upgrade to latest drivers again. Check under control panel->display->advanced->settings and see if you can change any overlay or video settings(it depends what graphic card you have).
