I'm new yadda yadda, Anyway I recently put in a new dvd burner my last one broke, and all was working fine until I ran out of dvds. I have bought 3 different brands and none of them work with my burner. I believe this to be a problem with the drive I just don't know what it could be. Any suggests would be a load of help, thanks.

What's the manuf and model # of your burner?

What's the brand on the DVDs that worked and that did not work?

You can also look at nomorecoasters.com to see if you are getting some bad media.

The burner is a Lite-on DVDrw SOHW-1633S I've tried Magnovox and Sony discs and they didn't work. I double checked on Nomorecoasters and the sony ones are some of the best. The ones that worked prior were playo.
