    hello
    I have a Kworld DVB-T 100 PCI card. Everything seems to be working fine except I get a black and white picture. I've tried every possible setting and nothing seems to solve the problem. I'm using a scart to s-video cable. Anyone got any ideas. cheers

    Bad cable?
    and see if the cable is properly connected and the settings are correct ,ntsc,pal. etc
