    Are there any programs that I can just load the file(s) into and tell it that I want a VCD file (and adjust settings NTSC/PAL/NTSCFilm) and it converts it without me having to do anything else.

    Like an all in one convertor.
    EO Video did this, but I'm looking for an alternative.

    Nero burning rom, select vcd and add the video files and it will convert and author. Or maybe it works better with nero vision....it was a long time ago I used Nero.
