I could use premiere pro 2 without problem, but recently I can't open premiere pro at all.
When I click the premiere pro, then it opens starting premiere pro, saying windows xp single processor detected, then loading Cpm ( can't read because it shut down immediately). then it shut down. never open again !!!

What should I do !!!! I need it for business, so please help me !

I reinstalled premiere pro, but it won't help at all !

Contact the Adobe Customer Support first, and also check out the FAQ's for the software in case there's anything there.

  3. Have you installed any other software since the last time it worked properly?

We had some reports of Premiere Elements shutting down in a similar way after installing one of our products. After a lot of testing and debugging, we identified that Premiere was not responding correctly to our software. We have had to write a "fix" to accommodate this.

(Technically, it has to do with how Premiere determines what codecs are present and what capabilities they have. Each codec is queried. Premiere doesn't correctly handle the responses. I must say I was very surprised - this has been a known issue with Premiere since at least version 4.0).
