    When ripping a DVD, the disk scan runs OK but when I click the Start button nothing happens. This happens on both of my DVD drives and with a range of encrypted and unencrypted disks. I uninstalled and re-installed but nothing has changed. Up until today I've been ripping DVDs without a problem.

    I'm running v6.0.1.0 in XP under VMWare on an Intel iMac. Any ideas?

    Version 6.0.1.0 of what? You need to give more details. What programs have you used? What did you uninstall and reinstall? Without more details, you are making it difficult to help you.

    Try updating to the latest beta version. I think I remember reading something about a bug in a recent version of DVDFab HD Decrypter that disables the free ripping portion of the program when the non-free trial portion expires.
