  1. I have a file and the audio is almost 1 minute shorter than the video. Is there a program out there that can stretch out the audio to fit with the video better? I don't know if this is a ridiculous request or not but the video got stretched so why not audio.

    You are in breach of the forum rules and are being issued with a formal warning. Please stop make new topics for your mkv to avi converting problems.

    You can stretch the audio length with Goldwave or Audacity. If the video is short you may lower the overall frequency too much. In a long video, probably not noticeable. I suspect you did a framerate conversion as that is the usual cause of this type of problem.

  3. Actually the framerate is the exact same as it was for the original video but when I converted it from (V_MPEG$/ISO/AVC) to AVI it became longer some how.

    What is the audio source?
    To what video and audio format are you converting to?
