    Hi !
    I use Pinnacle studio to edit DVD.
    When i use the output format divx the created divx file shows very
    poor quality. It is very unsharp.
    Can it be that the codec pinnacle using is not so good.
    Someone maybe have experience of this.

    what settings are you using? bitrate? video frame size/resolution?
    is the dvd source interlaced?

    Hello !
    I use default settings in Studio. Not so many options to change.
    Bitrate is set to 3600kb/s and I think that the DVD are interlaced (is that not the normal case ?)
